or all of the following acts. (1) To
accept, consent or agree to, or enter into, any Y composition arrangement,
liquidation or agreement through advocates
in Pakistan from law firm in Lahore which has been or may be proposed to be
made or entered into by Messrs.' Z. & Co., or any partner in their firm to,
with, or for the benefit of, their or his creditors in respect of a debt of Rs.
-which is now due to our said firm from the said Z & Co. or any partner in
their firm
Vote at a Meeting of Creditors
To attend personally or otherwise
and vote at a meeting of creditors of the said Z & Co., or any partner in
that firm and if need be to appoint himself or any substitute to be our proxy
for that purpose (3) To prove for,
demands, compositions, and sums of money whatever which are or may become due
to us or our said firmly under or in pursuance of any such design, arrangement,
liquidation or agreement as aforesaid or any insolvency proceedings or otherwise
howsoever in respect of the debt above, claim, or demand, or in respect of any
interest due or to accrue due upon the same or any part thereof through
advocates in Pakistan from law firm in Lahore
(4) To settle, between our said
firm and us and the said Z & Co., or any partner in that firm or the
trustee or trustee acting under and any such composition, liquidation or
arrangement as aforesaid or the receiver in insolvency proceedings or any other
person or persons about the said debt or any of the matters aforesaid; (5) Upon
receipt or recovery of any such demands or money as aforesaid, sign and execute
effectual receipts releases or discharges for the same.
