Where one claimed to reside at 'L,' he must either own immovable property or should have a business, or industry or service or job or admission in an educational institution at L. Mere visit casual or for recreation or sightseeing or just going to place to call a friend or relative would not be covered by the term "resides." Power of attorney for purposes of its validity must not only be authenticated by any of persons mentioned in clauses (a), (b), and (c) of Section 33(1) including attorney in Lahore Pakistan or corporate lawyer in Lahore. Still, it must also execute it before such person or authority.' If somebody appeared before the Sub-Registrar and claimed to be the trustee executants, that by itself was not enough to show that he was truly representing the trust and inquiry by the Sub-Registrar, on that behalf, was a must.
